GFR series consists of HFFR silane cross-linkable mineral filled compounds for wire and cable sheathing and insulation, curable by addition of a catalyst masterbatch and exposure to moisture (Sioplas® method). Compounds are based on polyolefins blends and contain a fire-retardant system that contributes to give the cable self-extinguish properties without halogenic acids evolution, nontoxic and corrosive gases emission and low smoke.
AFR series consists of thermoplastic HFFR mineral filled compounds for wire and cable sheathing and insulation. They are based on polyolefins blends, and contain a fire retardant system that contributes self-extinguish properties without halogenetic acids released. None toxic and corrosive gases emission and smoke generation are greatly reduced.
G series consists of elastomer-based silane cross-linkable compounds for wire and cable sheathing and insulation, curable by addition of a catalyst masterbatch and exposure to moisture (Sioplas® method). As cable insulating materials, they are suggested at rated voltages U0/U up to 3.6/6 kV.
E Series HFFR e-beam radiation cross-linkable mineral filled compounds for wire and cable sheathing and insulation. Mineral filled compounds are based on polyolefins blends, and contain a fire retardant system that contributes to give the cable self-extinguish properties without halogenetic acids evolution, none toxic and corrosive gases emission and low smoke.
R series consists of elastomer HFFR based mineral filled using peroxide crosslinking method CV Line. Rubber compounds for wire and cable sheathing and insulation up to 132 kV.
